Welllll......It's BAAAACK!!

if you've ever watched Poltergeist, you'll understand that reference. no, our home isn't being plagued with supernatural monsters BUT my colon seems to be! i haven't posted since 2012. Honestly, i thought the days of sprinting to the bathroom were behind me. guess what, "you fool me yet again colon monsters (weak movie pun)."i've been diagnosed with U. Colitis. even though the bathroom jokes are second to none...ha...it honestly sucks. so, i reenter this world of purple carrots and napa cabbage. i'm older now (forever 29), so i know that this will be a lifelong journey this time. welcome back my hemp-grass eating friends...our adventure awaits!!!
